Made-to-order shirts

Each shirt is printed for your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for a size or color you selected incorrectly, except where required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed damage, printing defects, or an incorrect item.

Missing packages

Contact us promptly if your order has not arrived, and within 30 days of its estimated delivery date, so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Before sending anything back

Please contact us first. Do not mail items back unless we give you return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
